Return/Exchange & Refund Policy
At Guapa Beirut, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please review our policy before making a purchase.

1. No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. The only exception is for defective or damaged items (see Section 4).

2. Store Credit Option
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in exchange for store credit. The store credit will be issued for the amount of your original purchase and can be used for any future order.

3. Exchange Policy
You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or another product of equal value. If you do not find a suitable exchange at the moment, we will provide store credit instead. Always feel free to contact us on our platforms if you need any clarification!

4. Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item to offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Proof of damage (photos) may be required.

5. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
• Items must be returned within 1-2 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Sale items, undergarments, and personalized/custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items.
